Perancangan Sistem Reimburse Listrik Karyawan menggunakan Platform Pega (Studi Kasus: PT Asuransi Sinar Mas)

Abstract

Aplikasi reimburse listrik merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dibutuhkan oleh PT Asuransi Sinar Mas guna mengganti uang listrik yang sudah dikeluarkan oleh pegawai. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh karyawan yaitu adanya penggunaan listrik yang secara berlebihan sehingga karyawan memerlukan system reimburse listrik ini. Oleh karena itu penulis membuat system perancangan reimburse listrik di PT Asuransi Sinar mas. System dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemongraman SQL dengan platform Pega. Platform Pega yang berfokus kepada Bussines Process Manager (BPM) membuat penulis dengan mudah menerjemahkan keperluan yang dibutuhkan user kedalam system yang dibuat, kebutuhan tersebut dirancang dengan metode perancangan unified modeling language (UML). Dengan adanya aplikasi ini karyawan dapat melakukan proses reimburse listrik secara mudah.

The electricity replacement application is one of the applications needed by PT Asuransi Sinar Mas in order to replace electricity bills that have been issued by employees. The problem faced by employees is the excessive use of electricity so that employees need this electricity replacement system. Therefore, the author designed a system for replacing electricity costs at PT Asuransi Sinar Mas. This system uses the SQL programming language with the PEGA platform. Pega's platform that focuses on the Business Process Manager (BPM) makes it easy for writers to translate the needs needed by users into the system created, these needs are designed using the unified modeling language (UML) design method. With this application, employees can easily process electricity reimbursements.
