Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan sosial orang tua dengan kematangan karir pada siswa kelas 12 di SMA X Temanggung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 12 di SMA X Temanggung dengan populasi sebanyak 300 siswa dan diambil sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 siswa, dimana sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson product moment dan diperoleh hasil terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara dukungan sosial orang tua dengan kematangan karir pada siswa kelas 12 SMA. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui nilai korelasi r = 0,286 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 (p<0,05). Artinya semakin tinggi dukungan sosial orang tua maka semakin tinggi kematangan karir pada siswa kelas 12 SMA. Besarnya sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh variabel dukungan sosial orang tua terhadap kematangan karir adalah sebesar 8,18%, sehingga 91,82% kematangan karir masih dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. This research aimed to determine the correlation between parental social support with career maturity in 12th grade students at senior high school X Temanggung. The method used is quantitative with the subjects used in this study were 12th grade students at senior high school X Temanggung, with a population of 300 students and a sample of 90 students, the research subjects taken using simple random sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using Pearson product moment correlation technique and the results in this study is showed a significant positive relationship between parental social support and career maturity in 12th grade senior high school students. This is indicated by the correlation r = 0.286 with a significance value of 0.003 (p <0.05). This means that the higher of the parental support the higher career maturity in 12th grade high school students. The amount of effective contribution made by parental social support variable to career maturity is 8.18%, so that 91.82% of career maturity is still influenced by other factors. |
