Title: Evaluasi Program Praktek Kerja Industri di SMK Saraswati Salatiga

Abstract: SMK merupakan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan setelah peserta didik lulus dari SMP, MTs dan sejenisnya. Tujuan SMK adalah menyiapkan peserta didik untuk bekerja pada bidang tertentu. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut SMK Membuat Program Prakeirn. Prakerin adalah upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dengan berkeja sama dengan DU/DI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevalusi program prakerin di SMK Saraswati Salatiga dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Proses, Product). Jenis penelitin yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah: Kepla Sekolah, Wakil Kurikulum, Humas, Ketua Pelaksanan Program prakerin, Guru pembimbing, Peserta didik dan juga DU/DI. Hasil penelitian pada aspek Context program Prakerin sudah sangat baik. Visi, Misi sekolah sudah sesuai dengan tujuan SMK, Tujuan prakerin disesuaikan dengan Visi dan Misi Sekolah, prakerin sudah memiliki dasar hukum yang kuat. Program prakerin sudah menjawab kebutuhan peserta didik. Pada aspek Input Program Prakerin termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Perencanaan dan jadwal pelaksanaan sudah ditentukan pada saat pembuatan RKAS. Mekanisme yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia yang terlibat sudah sesuai dengan kualifikasi. Penetapan dan penggunaan anggaran sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan program prakerin. Prakerin sudah dilaksanakan di tempat yang tepat. Pada aspek Process prakerin sudah sangat baik. Program dilaksanakan sesai dengan rencana yang dibuat. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala antara lain, kedisipinan peserta didik, pelanggaran terhadap K3, dan juga kurangnya DU/DI terhadap peserta didik. pada aspek Product Prakerin SMK Saraswati Salatiga sudah sangat baik. Nilai yang didapat peserta didik KKM=75. Prakerin juga berdampak positif pada semua pihak.
Vocational School is an education that is held after students graduate from junior high schools, MTs and the like. The aim of SMK is to prepare students to work in certain fields. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the internship program at SMK Saraswati Salatiga with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). This type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of the study are: Head of School, Representative of Curriculum, Public Relations, Chairperson of the Prakerin Program Implementation, Teacher Guidance, Students and DU / DI. The results of research on the context of the Internship program context have been very good. Vision, Mission of the school is in accordance with the objectives of the Vocational School, the objectives of the apprenticeship are adjusted to the School's Vision and Mission, the apprenticeship already has a strong legal basis. The internship program has answered the needs of students. In the Input aspect, the Internship Program is included in the very good category. Planning and implementation schedule have been determined at the time of making the RKAS. The mechanism carried out in accordance with established procedures. The human resources involved are in accordance with the qualifications. Determination and use of the budget is in accordance with the needs of the internship program. Internship has been implemented in the right place. In the aspect of the prakerin process is very good. The program is carried out in accordance with the plans made. But there are still some obstacles, among others, student discipline, violations of K3, and also the lack of DU / DI against students. in the aspect of Product Prakerin SMK Saraswati Salatiga is very good. The value obtained by KKM students = 75. Prakerin also has a positive impact on all parties.
