Abstract: Purpose – This study involves an empirical study based upon user perceptions on personalization, alliance services, task familiarity, and accessibility in using internet banking which may useful for bank managers to plan effective strategies for developing internet banking. Methodology – Data were collected using survey questionnaire to 100 users of BCA internet banking (klik BCA). Study Result – Based on the findings, respondents perceived the personalization, alliance services, task familiarity, and accessibility of klik BCA as high quality
