Pengaruh Kepercayaan Diri dan Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Prestasi Atlet Pencak Silat Kota Salatiga

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan Pada Atlet Pencak Silat Kota Salatiga yang berjumlah 80 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kepercayaan diri dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala kepercayaan diri yang disusun berdasarkan teori Lauster (2016) dan Motivasi Berprestasi yang disusun berdasarkan teori (McClleland, 1987)Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPPS version 22.0 for Windows. TerdapatnilaiRSquare: 0,420 menunjukkan angka koefisien determinasinya (R2). Artinya besaran sumbangan variabel kepercayaan Diri terhadap Variabel Prestasi sebesar 42%%. Hasil regresi yang diperolehdarivariabelkepercayaan dirimemiliki nilai sig. 0.000 artinya adapengaruh yang signifikandari kepercayaan diri dan motivasi berprestasi Terhadap Prestasi Atlet Kota Salatiga.

This research was conducted at the PencakSilat Athletes of Salatiga City, totaling 80 people. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of self-confidence and achievement motivation on achievement. The measuring instrument used in this study is a self-confidence questionnaire which was compiled based on Lauster's theory (2012), and Achievement Motivation which was compiled based on McCleland's theory (1987). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is processed with the help of SPPS version 22.0 for Windows program. There is a value of RSquare: 0.420 indicating the coefficient of determination (R2). This means that the contribution of the self-confidence variable to the achievement variable is 42%%. The regression results obtained from the self-confidence variable have a sig value. 0.000 means that there is a significant influence of self-confidence and achievement motivation on the achievements of athletes in Salatiga.
