Pengaruh Karakteristik Rumah Sakit terhadap Financial Distress yang Dimoderasi oleh Good Corporate Governance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, dan perhitungan analisis keuangan berupa ROA, ROE serta leverage terhadap financial distress dengan komite audit dan komisaris independen sebagai variabel intervening. Financial distress diukur menggunakan metode altman Z-Score. Data dari penilitian berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2020 – 2021 (caturwulan kedua). Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan cara purposive judgement sampling Analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda dengan variabel intervening dengan jenis data berupa data panel. Pengolahan data menggunakan stata versi 17.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Umur perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress dan Komisaris independen memperkuat pengaruh negatif ROA perusahaan terhadap financial distress.

This study aims to determine the effect of firm age, firm size, and financial analysis calculations in the form of ROA, ROE and leverage on financial distress with the audit committee and independent commissioners as intervening variables. Financial distress is measured using the Altman Z-Score method. The data from the research comes from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2020- 2021 period (second quarter). The research sample was taken by using purposive judgment sampling analysis. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with intervening variables with the type of data in the form of panel data. Data processing using Stata version 17.0. The results of this study indicate that company age has a significant negative effect on financial distress and independent commissioners strengthen the negative effect of company ROA on financial distress.
