Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru kelas dalam melakukan pembelajaran tematik terpadu berbasis lingkungan di SD Negeri Candigaron 01 Sumowono, Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Evaluatif. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan model dari Charlotte Danielson yang mengevaluasi kinerja guru mencakup 4 domain : (1) Perencanaan dan Persiapan Pembelajaran, (2) Pengelolaan Kelas, (3) Proses pembelajaran, dan (4) Tanggung Jawab Profesional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan studi dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Uji validitas data data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi dan sumber. Hasil penelitian : (1) Kinerja guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran tematik berbasis lingkungan pada domain 1 perencanaan dan persiapan pembelajaran berada pada kategori Sangat Baik dengan ketercapaian persentase 82%. (2) Pada dolain 2 Pengelolaan Kelas juga berada pada kategori Sangat Baik dengan ketercapaian presentase 80%. (3) pada domain 3 Proses Pembelajaran berada pada kategori Baik dengan tingkat ketercapaian presentase 67%, dan (4) pada domain 4 Tanggung Jawab Profesional berada pada kategori Baik dengan presentase 71%. Hasil Evaluasi kinerja guru kelas dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran tematik berbasis lingkungan di SD Negeri Candigaron 01 berdasarkan 4 domain menurut teori Charlotte Danielson masuk dalam kategori baik dengan tingkat ketercapaian sebesar 75%. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan kepala sekolah untuk memotivasi dan merefleksi guru-guru di SD Negeri Candigaron 01 dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan dan untuk peneliti selanjutnya Penelitian mengenai evaluasi kinerja guru dalam pelaksanakan pembelajaran tematik berbasis lingkungan di setiap jenjang pendidikan dengan menerapkan model Charlotte Danielson masih perlu dilakukan. This study aims to evaluate the performance of classroom teachers in conducting environmental-based integrated thematic learning at SD Negeri Candigaron 01 Sumowono. This type of research is evaluative research. In this study, Charlotte Danielson's model that evaluates teacher performance includes 4 domains: (1) Learning Planning and Preparation, (2) Class Management, (3) Learning Process, and (4) Professional Responsibility. Data collection techniques used are document study collection, interviews and observations. The data validity test was carried out using triangulation and source techniques. The results of the study: (1) The teacher's performance in conducting environmental-based thematic learning in domain 1 planning and preparation for learning is in the Very Good category with an achievement percentage of 82%. (2) In Dolain 2 Class Management is also in the Very Good category with 80% achievement. (3) in domain 3 the Learning Process is in the Good category with an achievement level of 67%, and (4) in domain 4 Professional Responsibility is in the Good category with a percentage of 71%. The results of the evaluation of the performance of classroom teachers in carrying out environmental-based thematic learning at Candigaron 01 Elementary School based on 4 domains according to Charlotte Danielson's theory are in the good category with an achievement level of 75%. It is hoped that this research can be used as a school principal to motivate and reflect on teachers at Candigaron 01 Elementary School in implementing environment-based learning and for further researchers. Research on evaluating teacher performance in implementing environment-based learning at every level of education by applying the Charlotte Danielson model still needs to be done .
