Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar manfaat dan biaya dari Bank Sampah yang ada di masyarakat, khususnya warga RT 3 WR 4 Desa Ngampel Kelurahan Blotongan, Kota Salatiga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan cost and benefit analisys (CBA) dari Regulation Impact Analisys (RIA). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Sampah bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Desa Ngampel serta biayabiaya yang muncul tidak menjadi masalah ataupun sudah diatasi oleh Pengurus Bank Sampah itu sendiri.

This study aims to see how big the benefits and costs of Bank Sampah in the community, especially the residents of RT 3 WR 4 Ngampel Village, Blotongan, Salatiga. The method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques such as interviews. Data analysis technique used is the approach of cost and benefit analisys (CBA) of Regulation Impact Analisys (RIA). Research results show that benefit the community Bank Sampah Ngampel costs incurred and the cost is not an issue already addressed by Management of Bank Sampah itself.
