dc.description.abstract | COVID-19 has caused very basic individual and public reactions and adaptations, especially health behaviors, such as the use of masks, lifestyle and physical activity. Studies on this matter in Indonesia regarding the impact of COVID-19 on changes in dietary behavior, drug consumption, and physical activity have not been widely carried out in Indonesia. Based on the above phenomenon, this study aims to determine changes in eating habits, drug consumption and physical activity by participants exposed to COVID-19 with comorbidities. The research method is qualitative, namely in-depth interviews with five people who have suffered from COVID-19, participants who are used by 2 people to self-isolate and 3 people are hospitalized, one person is obese, two people with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and two the other with comorbid hypertension. The results of this study showed that there was a change in the eating patterns of each participant, before and after the participant was exposed to COVID-19 Meanwhile, physical activity decreased after the participant recovered, because the physical condition still felt tired even though it was declared cured. Consumption of herbs derived from kitchen spices such as lemongrass, turmeric and ginger is one of the favorites for participants to consume before being exposed to COVID-19, when exposed to COVID-19, and after recovering because it can make participants' bodies fresher and more vital when consuming Herb. | en |
