Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan sistem pengupahan terhadap kualitas UKM Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dipilih sebanyak 3orang dengan rincian 1 orang pemilik usaha, 1 orang pekerja POS dan 1 orang pekerja harian. Pemilihan informan berdasarkan minimal telah bekerja selama 1 tahun pada UKM tersebut Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa perubahan sistem pengupahan dari satuan waktu menjadi satuan hasil berdampak pada hasil output pekerja harian. Dengan sistem pengupahan yang baru membuat pekerja harian menginginkan penyelesaian target lebih banyak dari rata – rata yang mampu dihasilkan oleh pekerja harian. Hingga terjadi banyak kesalahan mulai dari kurang teliti memilih kain perca hingga salah pemotongan kain perca. Penambahan target kepada pekerja POS juga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas output yang dihasilkan. Kualitas tersebut baik atau buruknya celana diukur berdasarkan reject. Bagicelana yang tidak di reject menunjukkan bahwa celana tersebut layak jual. Dan bagi celana yang di reject adalah celana yang tidak layak jual atau terjadi kesalahan dalam proses penyelesaian. This research aims to know the waging system changes to the quality ofSMES This study used a qualitative approach. The key informant was selected as many as three people with qualification of 1 bussiness owner, 1 home-based workers dan 1 factory workers. The selection of informants based on minimum has been working for 1 year at the SMES Based on research results, obtained from the waging system that changes the units of time into units ofthe results have an impact on the results ofthe output of the factory workers. With the new system of waging making factory workers has completion targets more than averages capable produced by factory workers. Until it happens to a lot of errors ranging from less scrupulous chose patchwork to wrong cutting patchworks. The addition of the target to the home-based workers also have an effect on the quality of the resulting output. The good or bad quality pants measured based on rejects. For pants are not in the pants show that rejects worth selling. And for the pants in the rejects is not worth selling the pants or an error occured in process of completion |
