Abstract: Perawat memiliki indeks kepuasan kerja yang rendah karena motivasi yang kurang selain itu lamanya waktu bekerja berdampak pada banyaknya tenaga perawat yang mengalami kelelahan (job burnout) dan beresiko tinggi tertular atau menularkan virus Covid-19 kepada orang lain dan keluarga mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melihat dampak pandemi covid-19 terhadap motivasi kerja perawat, mutu layanan, dan kelelahan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi motivasi kerja perawat selama pandemik covid-19, mutu pelayanan perawat selama pandemik covid-19, dan kelelahan kerja perawat selama pandemik covid-19 di Puskesmas Sidorejo Lor, Salatiga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Januari 2022 sampai dengan April 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan covid-19 berdampak 6(54,55%) rendah terhadap kinerja perawat, dan diperoleh 8(72,73%) perawat dengan kualitas pelayanan rendah, selain itu ada 7(63,6%) perawat dengan kelelahan kerja tinggi ketika bekerja saat pandemi covid-19, akan tetapi motivasi kerja pada saat covid-19 menjadi tinggi yaitu terdapat 5(45,5%) perawat.
Nurses have a low job satisfaction index due to lack of motivation, besides that the length of time worked has an impact on the number of nurses who experience fatigue (job burnout) and have a high risk of contracting or transmitting the Covid-19 virus to others and their families. The purpose of this study looked at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on nurses' work motivation, service quality, and nurse work fatigue. This study used quantitative research to determine the distribution of the frequency of nurses' work motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic, the quality of nurse services during the COVID-19 pandemic, and nurses' work fatigue during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sidorejo Lor Health Center, Salatiga. This research was conducted from January 2022 to April 2022. Based on the results of this study, it was found that covid-19 had a low impact on nurse performance, and obtained 8 (72.73%) nurses with low service quality, besides that there were 7 (63.6%) nurses with high work fatigue when working during the covid-19 pandemic, but work motivation during covid-19 became high, namely there were 5 (45.5%) nurses.
