Hubungan Profil Lipid Dengan Kadar Glukosa Darah Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 di Puskesmas Sidorejo Salatiga

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus merupakan penyakit metabolik yang diakibatkan adanya kelainan pada sekresi insulin. Saat ini diabetes mellitus menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia. Peningkatan kadar glukosa darah memiliki hubungan dengan profil lipid dan pola makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan profil lipid dengan glukosa darah pada pasien DM tipe-2. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner karakteristik responden termasuk data profil lipid. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 pasien rawat jalan dan rawat inap yang menderita DM tipe 2 di Puskesmas Sidorejo serta bersedia menandatangani Informed Consent. Sampel yang digunakan berbentuk purposive sampling yaitu pasien DM-tipe 2 kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan Uji Korelasi PMP (Pearson). Variabel yang diuji adalah umur, jenis kelamin, durasi DM-tipe 2, status pendidikan, status ekonomi, pola makan, profil lipid hubungannya dengan glukosa darah. Hasil output dilihat dari Ho : Tidak ada korelasi bermakna antar kedua variabel, H1 : Ada korelasi bermakna antar kedua variabel. Jika nilai signifikansi > 0,05 maka Ho diterima sedangkan jika nilai signifikansi <0,05 maka Ho ditolak. Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease caused by abnormalities in insulin secretion. This type of research uses observational analytic quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection techniques using respondents characteristic questionnaires including lipid profile data. The population in this study were 30 outpatients and in patients suffering from type 2 diabetes at The Care Center Sidorejo Salatigal and were willing to sign Informed Consent. The sample used in the form of purposive sampling is DM-type 2 patients inclusion criteria. The results of the study were analyzed using SPSS version 25 with PMP Correlation Test (Pearson). of DM-type 2, educational status, economic status, diet, lipid profile, and blood glucose. Output results are seen from Ho: There is no significant correlation between the two variables, H1: There is a significant correlation between the two variables. If the significance value> 0.05 then Ho is accepted
