Kompetensi Aparat Fungsional Inspektorat Provinsi Jawa Tengah Sebagai Auditor Internal

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan seberapa besar tingkat kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh aparat Inspektorat Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai auditor internal. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparat fungsional Inspektorat Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang bertugas sebagai auditor internal dengan jumlah 22 orang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner, metode pengisian kuesioner menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode penilaian diri sendiri dan penilaian rekan kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata dari setiap keterampilan dan nilai rata-rata dari penilaian diri sendiri dan nilai rata-rata dari penilaian rekan sejawat dengan kategori penilaian baik. Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh aparat fungsional Inspektorat Provinsi Jawa Tengah secara keseluruhan sudah baik.

This study aims to describe the competence of Inspectorate of Central Java province as an internal auditor. Population and samples of this study are all 22 people who work as an internal auditor in functional apparatus Inspectorate of Central Java province. This research is quantitative descriptive research that using survey method with questionnaire. Questionnaire method is using two methods: the self-assessment and peer review. Results of this study showed that the average value of each skill and the average value of selfassessment and the average value of ratings peers are classified as good ratings category. The whole competency of functional apparatus Inspectorate of Central Java province has been good.
