Abstract: Latar belakang: Perilaku bullying pada remaja berdampak pada fisik, mental, dan emosional yang mempengaruhi konsep dirinya. Konsep diri berkaitan dengan gambaran diri, ideal diri, harga diri, peran dan identitas diri. Remaja membutuhkan resiliensi yang kompeten sehingga mampu mengatasi bullying yang berdampak pada konsep dirinya, dimana seseorang yang mampu beradaptasi, bertahan dalam situasi kurang menguntungkan dan penuh tekanan, baik dari teman, sekolah, keluarga, dan lingkungan.Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep diri dan resiliensi remaja siswa SMPN 3 Tuntang yang mengalami bullying. Metode Penelitian:. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix method, metode kuantitatif dilaksanakan dengan teknik survei untuk mengambil data jumlah responden yang mengalami bullying. Sementara kualitatif untuk mendapat data mengenai konsep diri dan resiliensi pada korban bullying. Partisipan dalam penelitian adalah 3 (tiga) siswa kelas IX di SMPN 3 Tuntang. Hasil: Terdapat 3 tema, yang pertama hubungan lingkungan terdekat kepada korban bullying, kedua konsep diri individu dan ketiga resiliensi korban bullying. Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga partisipan memiliki pengalaman bullying di sekolah, namun partisipan dapat dikatakan bahwa memiliki konsep diri dan resiliensi yang baik karena ada hubungan dan dukungan dari keluarga.
Background: Bullying behavior in adolescents has an impact on physical, mental, and emotional which affects their self-concept. Self-concept is related to self-image, selfideal, self-esteem, roles and self-identity. Adolescents need competent resilience so that they are able to overcome bullying that has an impact on their self-concept, where someone who is able to adapt, survive in less favorable and stressful situations, both from friends, school, family, and the environment. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the concept of self and adolescent resilience of SMPN 3 Tuntang students who experience bullying. Research methods: This study uses a mix method, quantitative methods are carried out with survey techniques to collect data on the number of respondents who experience bullying. While qualitative to obtain data on self-concept and resilience in victims of bullying. Participants in the study were 3 (three) grade IX students at SMPN 3 Tuntang. Results: There are 3 themes, the first is the closest environmental relationship to the victims of bullying, the second is the individual's self-concept and the third is the resilience of victims of bullying. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the three participants had experiences of bullying at school, but the participants can be said that they have good self-concept and resilience because there are relationships and support from their families.
