Abstract: Berbagai metode pembelajaran dilakukan oleh guru dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas, salah satunya adalah model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based learning). Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu; Bagaimana implementasi Project Based Learning? Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya? Upaya apa saja yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam implementasi Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Simulasi Digital. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang diterapkan sudah sesuai dengan prosedur. Implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek tersebut dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif, ranah afektif dan ranah psikomotorik terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19.
Various learning methods are carried out by teachers in the process of teaching and learning activities in the classroom, one of which is a project-based learning model. The formulation of the research problem is; How is Project Based Learning implemented? What are the supporting and inhibiting factors? What efforts have been made to overcome these obstacles? The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of Project Based Learning to improve student learning outcomes in Digital Simulation subjects. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the project-based learning model that is applied is in accordance with the procedure. The implementation of project-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
