Abstract: ABSTRAK Sulistyiono merupakan seorang skater yang memulai berkecimpung di dunia skateboard sejak tahun 2004 hingga saat ini. Dalam memperkenalkan karyanya kepada seluruh masyarakat lokal, nasional maupun internasional, Sulistyiono menggunakan Instagram sebagai media. Hasil kerja keras tersebut membuat Sulistiyono menjadi brand ambassador “BUCK STORE”, promotion marketing “STARCROSS”, dan juga terpilih menjadi influencer brand ambassador VANS INDONESIA di Jakarta. Hal inilah yang menarik peneliti untuk meneliti personal branding Sulistiyono melalui akun Instagram Pribadi @ Sulistumo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Unit Amatan dalam penelitian ini adalah akun @Sulistumo. Unit analisisnya adalah bagaimana Personal Branding Sulistiyono melalui akun instagram pribadi @Sulistumo. Observasi dan wawancara digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sulistiyono membentuk personal branding dengam menggunakan fitur-fitur yang ada dalam instagram, seperti: foto, video, dan Instagram TV. Sementara personal branding Sulistiyono melalui akun Instagram Pribadi @Sulistumo dinilai dengan 8 konsep pembentuk personal branding, yakni: Spesialisasi, Kepemimpinan, Kepribadian, Perbedaan, Terlihat, Kesatuan, Keteguhan, Nama Baik. Kata Kunci: Personal Branding Skater Sulistiyono, Akun Instagram @Sulistumo ABSTRACT Sulistyiono is a skater who started working in the world of skateboarding since 2004 until now. In introducing his work to all local, national and international communities, Sulistyiono uses Instagram as a medium. The results of this hard work made Sulistiyono become the brand ambassador of "BUCK STORE", promotion marketing "STARCROSS", and was also selected to be the influencer brand ambassador of VANS INDONESIA in Jakarta. This is what attracted researchers to research Sulistiyono's personal branding through the Personal Instagram account @ Sulistumo. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Amatan's unit in this study is the @Sulistumo account. The unit of analysis is how Sulistiyono's Personal Branding through his personal Instagram account @Sulistumo. Observations and interviews are used as data collection instruments. The results of the study showed that Sulistiyono formed personal branding by using the features in Instagram, such as: photos, videos, and Instagram TV. Meanwhile, Sulistiyono's personal branding through the Personal Instagram account @Sulistumo assessed with 8 concepts that shape personal branding, namely: Specialization, Leadership, Personality, Differences, Visible, Unity, Constancy, Good Name.
