Pembuatan Website Sistem Informasi pada Instansi Pemerintahan DPMPTSP Toraja Utara

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) merupakan kantor pemerintah dengan tujuan utama untuk melayani proses perizinan atau melakukan pengaduan yang diberikan masyarakat. Secara umum masyarakat mengajukan pengaduan atau perizinan dilakukan secara tatap muka. Oleh sebab itu beberapa masyarakat yang ingin mengajukan pengaduan atau perizinan susah untuk mengatur waktu sehingga hanya beberapa yang menghampiri kantor pemerintah. Untuk mempermudah proses kerja DPMPTSP, penelitian ini akan membuat Website berbasis Sistem Informasi. Website Sistem Informasi dibuat agar masyarakat yang ingin mengajukan pengaduan dapat diakses secara online tanpa harus tatap muka. Masyarakat yang ingin mengajukan pengaduan beserta perizinan dapat mengakses website, mengisi form dan form yang diisi akan diterima karyawan kantor untuk dievaluasi secara online. Form tersebut berguna sebagai tiket masyarakat untuk mengajukan pengaduan dan perizinan.

The Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services is a government office with the main purpose of serving the licensing process or making complaints from the public. In general, people submit complaints or permits done by face-to-face. Therefore, some people who want to submit complaints or permits find it difficult to manage time so only a few visit the government office. To simplify the work process of The Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services, this research will create an Information System-based Website. The Information System-based website was created so that people who want to submit complaints can be accessed online without having to meet face-to-face. People who want to submit complaints and permits can access the website, fill out forms and then the completed forms will be accepted by office employees for online evaluation. This form is useful as a ticket for the public to submit complaints and permits.
