Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kemampuan menggunakan F-learn terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausal komparatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, digunakan dengan beberapa indikator yang berhubungan langsung dengan kedua variable. Hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kemampuan menggunakan F-learn terhadap motifasi belajar partisipan yaitu mahasiswa BK UKSW Angkatan 2019 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.545. Nilai ini berarti memiliki hubungan yang tinggi. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis regresi untuk melihat pengaruh antara kemampuan menggunakan F-learn terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan di dapatkan koefisien regresi (x) sebesar 1,110. Nilai ini berarti bahwa setiap penambahan 1% nilai kemampuan menggunakan F-learn maka nilai motivasi belajar mahasiswa bertambah 1,110. Kemudian diperoleh nilai Sig. 0,000, karena sig. 0,001 < 0.050, maka variabel kemampuan menggunakan F-learn berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel motivasi belajar. Nilai RSquare sebesar 0,297 yang artinya besar sumbangan variabel Kemampuan Menggunakan F-learn terhadap variabel Motivasi Belajar sebesar 29,7 %, dan sisanya (70,3%) berasal dari variabel lain.
This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of the ability to use F-learn on students' learning motivation. This study uses a comparative causal method. Collecting data using a questionnaire, used with several indicators that are directly related to the two variables. The results show that there is an effect of the ability to use F-learn on the learning motivation of participants, namely the 2019 SWCU BK students with a correlation coefficient value of 0.545. This value means it has a high relationship. Furthermore, regression analysis was carried out to see the effect of the ability to use F-learn on student learning motivation and the regression coefficient (x) was 1.110. This value means that for every 1% addition to the ability value using F-learn , the value of student learning motivation increases by 1.110. Then obtained the value of Sig. 0.000, because sig. 0.001 < 0.050, then the variable of ability to use F-learn has a significant effect on the variable of learning motivation. The value of RSquare is 0.297, which means that the contribution of the Ability to Use F-learn variable to the Learning Motivation variable is 29.7%, and the rest (70.3%) comes from other variables.
