Abstract: Keefektifitasan organisasi tidak hanya didukung oleh kesuksesan tugas pekerjaan karyawan saja, tetapi perusahaan perlu memperhatikan perilaku karyawannya secara luas, hal ini dilakukan untuk meminimalisir keinginan karyawan berpindah kerja (turnover intention). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh person organizational fit dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel moderating (studi kasus PT. XYZ). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 96 responden. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan explanatory research, dengan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliablitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur (path analysis) dan sobel test. Hasilnya variabel person organization fit dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention melalui budaya organisasi sebagai variabel moderating. Maka dari itu pimpinan perlu melakukan evaluasi tentang pengaruh apa saja yang nantinya dapat memperbanyak kasus turnover intention.
Organizational effectiveness is not only supported by the success of employees' work assignments, but companies need to pay attention to the behavior of their employees broadly, this is done to minimize the desire of employees to change jobs (turnover intention). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of person organizational fit and job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational culture as a moderating variable (case study of PT. XYZ). The data used are primary data using a questionnaire of 96 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research, with the analysis used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis and Sobel test. The result is that the variables of person organization fit and job satisfaction have an effect on turnover intention through organizational culture as a moderating variable. Therefore, leaders need to evaluate what influences will later increase turnover intention cases.
