Title: Analisis Technology Acceptance Model Terhadap Minat Penggunaan ShopeePay Oleh Digital Native Generation

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on actual system use in ShopeePay users from the digital native generation mediated by behavioral intention to use. The data was collected by using an accidental sampling technique by distributing questionnaires through social media. Data processing using the PLS technique with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that all the results of hypothesis testing support the existence of a significant positive direct or indirect effect. Perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness; perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on behavioral intention to use; perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on behavioral intention to use; and behavioral intention to use a significant positive effect on the actual system use of ShopeePay by digital native generation. Furthermore, perceived usefulness mediates the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use; behavioral intention to use mediates the effect of perceived usefulness on actual system use; and behavioral intention to use mediates the effect of perceived ease of use on the actual system use of ShopeePay by digital native generation.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap actual system use ShopeePay pada digital native generation yang dimediasi oleh behavioral intention to use. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengambil sampel adalah accidental sampling dengan cara menyebar kuesioner melalui sosial media. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis terdukung baik jalur langsung maupun tidak langsung. Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness; perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use; perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use; dan behavioral intention to use berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap actual system use ShopeePay pada digital native generation. Selanjutnya, perceived usefulness memediasi pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention to use; behavioral intention to use memediasi pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap actual system use; dan behavioral intention to use memediasi pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap actual system use ShopeePay pada digital native generation.
