Abstract: Abstrak Asisten Smart Desk merupakan alat penyimpanan yang kompatibel dengan kontrol berbasis IoT, dengan tujuan sebagai multi-storage yang membantu mengorganisir peminjaman barang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengaturan waktu pinjam, menggunakan perbandingan dari NTP server melalui pesan telegram. Untuk informasi peminjaman barang menggunakan Firebase sebagai realtime database. Sensor yang digunakan yaitu RFID sebagai pembacaaan data user yang disimpan pada SD Card sedangkan sensor IR berfungsi sebagai pendeteksi ketersediaan barang pada loker penyimpanan. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan pengoperasian data sebanyak 157 kali percobaan, total keberhasilan 140 kali dan 17 kali gagal, rata-rata keberhasilan untuk pendaftaran 92,5%, hapus data 89,1%, pinjam barang 90%, ambil gambar 85%, kirim firebase 90%, dan kirim telegram, 85%. Abstract Assistant Smart Desk is a storage device that can be controlled via IoT. With the goal of serving as a multi-storage facility that facilitates the leasing of items. The borrowing time is calculated using a comparison from the NTP server via telegraph messages. For information on utilizing Firebase as a real-time database to borrow things. The RFID sensor is utilized as a detector for the availability of products in the storage locker based on the user's reading saved on the SD card. The average success rate for registration is 92.5 percent, delete data is 89.1 percent, borrow goods is 90 percent, take pictures is 85 percent, send firebase is 90 percent, and send a telegram is 85 percent, according to the results of 157 data operation experiments with a total of 140 successes and 17 failures.
