Abstract: This study was conducted to identify and analyze the effect of the M1 money supply, quasi-money supply, and the covid-19 pandemic on inflation rate in Indonesia. Using monthly time series secondary data during the period March 2020 - December 2021, which is collected from several numbers of literatures, the analysis using the cointegration equation with the Error Correction Model (ECM) approach as researching tool, this study will analyze the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables both in the long term and in the short term. The estimation results obtained show that in the long term, the variable of the M1 money supply, the variable of the quasi-money supply, and the variable of positive cases of covid-19 do not affect the inflation rate in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the short term, the variable of the M1 money supply has a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate, the variable of the quasi-money supply has a negative and significant effect on the inflation rate, while the variable of positive cases of covid-19 does not affect the inflation rate in Indonesia.
