Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional cabang Salatiga melakukan pembayaran kepada para nasabah pensiun dan adakah kekurangan dari sistem di BTPN. Penulis melakukan peninjauan tersebut pada PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional cabang Salatiga yang bertempat di Jalan Jenderal Sukowati no. 64 Salatiga. Aktivitas utama Bank BTPN adalah tetap mengkhususkan kepada pelayanan bagi para pensiunan karena target market Bank BTPN adalah para pensiunan. Dalam rangka memperluas kegiatan usahanya, Bank BTPN bekerjasama dengan PT Taspen, sehingga Bank BTPN tidak saja dapat memberikan pinjaman dan pemotongan cicilan pinjaman, tetapi juga dapat melaksanakan “Tri Program Taspen”, yaitu Pembayaran Tabungan hari Tua, Pembayaran jamsostek dan Pembayaran Uang Pensiun. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional hanya malayani PNS dari PT. Taspen, ABRI dan Polri untuk PT. Asabri, dan dua pegawai BUMN yaitu PT. Telkom dan PT. Perhutani. Hasil tinjauan menunjukan bahwa pembayaran pensiunan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Cabang Salatiga dalam prosedurnya dapat dijelaskan dalam tiga hal yaitu Prosedur Penerimaan Calon Nasabah Pensiunan, Prosedur Penerimaan Daftar Gaji Nasabah Pensiunan, Prosedur Pembayaran Dana Pensiun ke Nasabah. Sebelum tahun 2009, BTPN belum melakukan transaksi secara online. Tetapi sejak Desember 2009, system online sudah di terapkan pada BTPN. This study aims to determine how the PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional, Salatiga pay to its customers and also is there any shortage of the systems in PT. BTPN Salatiga. The author conducted the study at PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional, Salatiga which is located in Sukowati street no. 64 Salatiga. The main activity of BTPN Bank concern to the services for retirees because the target market of this bank is for retirees. In order to expand the business activities, BTPN bank cooperates with PT Taspen. Here, BTPN bank is not only give loans and discount of loans, but also carry on “Tri Program Taspen” which is the day old saving payments, jamsostek payments and the pension payments. In addition, This bank is only serve the officers from PT. Taspen, ABRI and Polri for PT. Asabri, and two officers of BUMN which are PT. Telkom dan PT. Perhutani. The result of the observation shows that the procedure of retirees' payment at PT. BTPN Salatiga can be explained in three ways: the acceptance of the retired customers' candidate; the acceptance of payroll pension customers; and the payments of the Pension Fund to the client. In addition, the Bank has not made an online transaction before 2009. However since December 2009, the online system has been applied. |
