Abstract: | Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) di SDN Harjosari 01. Penelitian evaluatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan model CIPP. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisa dengan teknik analisa data Miles dan Huberman. Validasi data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi dalam 4 (empat) aspek yaitu: 1) Context program GLS di SDN Harjosari 01 dikategorikan baik karena penerapaan program GLS tidak hanya perwujudan kebijakan pemerintah namun merupakan kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan SDN Harjosari 01; 2) Input program GLS SDN Harjosari 01 termasuk dalam kategori cukup, karena meskipun mendapat dukungan yang baik dari sumber daya yang tersedia namun mekanisme pelaksanaan yang dikelola oleh tim pengembang GLS belum jelas; 3) Process program GLS SDN Harjosari 01 dikategorikan cukup, karena banyaknya kegiatan yang berjalan tapi tidak sesuai jadwal. Evaluasi yang dilakuakn pun belum maksimal; 4) Product program GLS SDN Harjosari 01 dikategorikan cukup karena hanya sebagian dari tujuan program yang telah tercapai. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program at SDN Harjosari 01. This evaluative study using a descriptive-qualitative approach. Evaluation is done using the CIPP model. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed by Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques. Data validation is done using triangulation techniques which are source triangulation and techniques triangulation. The results of this study include in 4 (four) aspects, namely: 1) Context aspect of the GLS program at SDN Harjosari 01 is in category good because the implementation of the GLS program is not just follow of government’s policy but is a needed by SDN Harjosari 01; 2) Input aspect of GLS SDN Harjosari 01 program is included in the enough category, because although it has good support from available resources, but the implementation mechanism managed by the GLS development team is not yet clear; 3) process aspect of GLS program at SDN Harjosari 01 is in category enough, because of the many activities that are running but not on schedule. The evaluation carried out was not optimal; 4) Product aspects of the GLS program at SDn Harjosari 01 is in enough category, it’s just because only the part of the program's goals have been achieved. |
