Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengujian efek keadilan organiasional terhadap pengambilan keputusan untuk whistleblowing. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental 2x2 antar subjek dengan 80 peserta dari jurusan S1 akuntansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika seorang auditor dihadapkan pada keadaan distributive justice fair atau procedural justice yang fair saja maka auditor akan cenderung melaporkannya. Pada saat auditor dihadapkan pada kondisi procedural justice unfair dan distributive fair auditor cenderung mau melaporkan kecurangan tersebut karena terdapat imbalan ketika melaporkan kecurangan tersebut .
The aim of this research is to know the impact oforganizational justice on whistleblowing. This study used factorial experiment method 2 x 2 between subjets with 80 participants of undergraduate Accounting students. In this study, organizational justice were manipulated into four level: procedural fair/distributive fair; procedural fair/distributive unfair; procedural unfair/distributive fair; procedural unfair/distributive unfair. The result showed that when procedural justice or distributive justice is perceived as fair it will increase the potency for whistleblowing.
