Luas Pengungkapan Informasi Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi di Indonesia Melalui Website

Abstract

Pemerintah berbasis elektronik (e-Government) merupakan implementasi pemanfaatan tekonogi komunikasi dan informasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik secara efektif dan efisien. Pemerintah wajib memberikan informasi, baik informasi keuangan dan non keuangan melalui situs resmi pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia sebagai bentuk transparansi Pemerintah kepada publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia mengungkapkan informasi keuangan dan non keuangan melalui situs web resmi Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia telah optimal mengungkapkan informasi non keuangan dari segala aspek dan fasilitas layanan elektronik telah disediakan dalam website, selain informasi non keuangan, pemerintah telah menyediakan informasi keuangan umum dan informasi terkait Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) serta Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah (LPPD).

Electronic-based government (e-Government) is the implementation of utilization of communication and information technology to improve public services effectively and efficiently. The Government is required to provide information, both financial and non-financial information through the official website of the provincial government in Indonesia as a form of government transparency to the public. This study aims to determine the extent towhich Provincial Government in Indonesia disclose financial and non financial information through the official website ofthe Provincial Government in Indonesia. This research uses content analysis technique with qualitative approach. The results of the study show that some Provincial Governments in Indonesia have optimally disclosed nonfinancial information from all aspects and facilities of electronic services provided on the website, in addition to non-financial information, the government has provided general financial information and information related to the LKPJ Report and the Implementation Report Local Government (LPPD).
