Komitmen Organisasi, Kapabilitas, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kecenderungan Fraud di Sektor Pemerintahan (Persepsi Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kota Salatiga)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kapabilitas terhadap kecenderungan fraud dengan variabel gaya kepemimpinan sebagai pemoderasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi sampel sebanyak 97 responden yang dihitung dengan teknik slovin sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur sipil negara di pemerintah kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dan teknik regresi moderasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan fraud, variabel kapabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kecenderungan fraud sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan memperlemah hubungan komtimen organisasi dan hubungan kapabilitas terhadap kecenderungan fraud.

This research aims to test the effect of organizational commitment, capability to the tendency of fraud with leadership style variables as a moderating. This type of research is a quantitative with primary data using questionnaires. The sample of population is 97 respondents with the technique of slovin sampling. The respondents of this research is state civil apparatus city goverments of Salatiga city. This research using multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The result ofthis research suggest that organizational commitment negatively affect to the tendency of fraud, the capability has a positively affect the tendency of fraud while the leadership style weaken the relationship of organizational commitment and the relationship of capability to the tendency of fraud.
