Reaksi Pasar di Seputar Pengumuman Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award (Studi Pada Perusahaan Pemenang Isra 2012-2015)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengungkapan kinerja aspek ekonomi, aspek lingkungan, aspek hak asasi manusia, aspek sosial masyarakat, aspek tenaga kerja dan pekerjaan layak, aspek tanggung jawab produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sampelnya adalah perusahaan manufaktur dari tahun tahun 2012 hingga 2014 dengan total sampel sebanyak 96 perusahaan. Dari total observasi penelitian sebanyak 96 diperoleh ada data tidak normal sebanyak 10 sehingga data normal 85. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis dan pembahasan pada bagian sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Secara parsial, SR ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, begitu pula untuk SR lingkungan dan tenaga kerja. Sedangkan untuk SR HAM, sosial masyarakat dan tanggung jawab produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Secara keseluruhan, pengungkapan kinerja aspek ekonomi, aspek lingkungan, aspek hak asasi manusia, aspek sosial masyarakat, aspek tenaga kerja dan pekerjaan layak, aspek tanggung jawab produk berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

The sample is a manufacturing company of the year in 2012 and 2014 with a total sample of 96 companies.
