Hubungan Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance dengan Integritas Laporan Keuangan

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance penting perannya dalam suatu perusahaan. Karena dapat menentukan bagaimana perusahaan itu berjalan kedepannya. Selain itu mekanisme Good Corporate Govenance juga penting dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan dalam rangka terbentuknya laporan keuagan yang berintegritas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan yang terjadi antara Good Corporate Governanace dengan integritas laporan keuangan pada BUMN yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 2014-2018. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan merupakan Analisis Korelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance memiliki hubungan positif terhadap integritas laporan keuangan.

Good Corporate Governance has an important role in a company. Because it can determine how the company is going forward. In addition the mechanism of Good Corporate Govenance is also important in the preparation of financial statements and in in order to form financial statements with integrity. The purpose of this study is to find out how the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and the integrity of financial statements of BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. In this study the method used is Correlation Analysis. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance has a positive relationship with the integrity of financial statements.
