| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan struktur audit terhadap kinerja auditor dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 40 auditor BPK Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sampel penelitian in menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier bergandan untuk menguj data yang diperoleh. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja dan struktur audit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor BPK. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of work stress and audit structure to auditor performance which using 40 auditors in BPK to become respondents for this study. Sampling of this research is convenience sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression test to test the data obtained. The result of this study shows that the work stress and audit structure has significant positive effect to auditor performance |
