Abstract: | Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi dan program magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi yang dilakukan di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji: (1) pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (2) pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi; (3) pengaruh program magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa; (4) pengaruh program magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dengan self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal, dengan sampel penelitian yaitu 150 responden mahasiswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana yang aktif dalam organisasi dan sudah mengikuti program magang. Jenis pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keaktifan berorganisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, self efficacy mampu memediasi pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, program magang berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. self efficacy mampu memediasi pengaruh program magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. This study analyzes the effect of organizational activity and internship program on student work readiness with self-efficacy as a mediating variable conducted at Satya Wacana Christian University. The research aims to examine: (1) the effect of organizational activity on student work readiness; (2) the effect of organizational activity on student work readiness with self-efficacy as a mediating variable; (3) the effect of the internship program on student work readiness; (4) the effect of the internship program on student work readiness with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with causal associative methods, with a research sample of 150 student respondents. The population in this study were Satya Wacana Christian University students who were active in organizations and had participated in an internship program. Type of sampling using nonprobability sampling with the type of convenience sampling. The data collection method used is the primary data collection method by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational activity has a positive effect on student work readiness, self-efficacy able to mediate the effect of organizational activity on student work readiness, internship program has a positive effect on student work readiness. self-efficacy is able to mediate the effect of the internship program on student work readiness. |
