Abstract: Peningkatan jumlah generasi milenial yang ingin membuka start-up business diikuti oleh kebutuhan untuk memperoleh permodalan yang cepat, aman, dan efisien. Teknologi finansial sebagai salah satu alat peer-to-peer lending memiliki banyak kenyamanan dalam kegiatan bisnis. Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat yang berdampak pada perilaku start-up business dalam menggunakan teknologi finansial. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui adopsi teknologi finansial diukur dengan perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention dan actual system use dalam keputusan pendanaan bagi startup business. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 45 start-up business yang menggunakan teknologi finansial di Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan model TAM yaitu perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use dan behavioral intention factor yang mempengaruhi actual sistem use penggunaan teknologi finansial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap actual sistem use yang dimediasi behavioral intention dalam keputusan pendanaan dengan teknologi finansial.
The increasing number of millennials who want to open a start-up business is followed by the need to obtain capital which is fast, safe, and efficient. Financial technology as one of the peer-to-peer lending tools has a lot of comforties in business activities. This study investigates factors that influence the interest which affect the start-up business behavior in using financial technology. This study is aimed to determine the adoption of financial technology measured by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention and actual system use in funding decisions for start-up businesses. The sample of this research was 45 start-up businesses that use financial technology in Salatiga. This study uses the TAM model, namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavioral intention factors that influence the actual system of use of financial technology. The results of this study showed that there is an effect between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the actual system use that was mediated by behavioral intention on funding decisions using financial technology.
