Abstract: | The development of fintech or financial technology in the economic world, provides opportunities for companies to further develop and obtain assistance in terms of investment or get funds. In this research raise three indicators, namely transparency, amount of pledging goals and financial policy. What has been adjusted to the Indonesian crowdlending platform is obtained from previous studies, to find out the reasons why projects contained in platforms can be successfully funded. This research involves 2 crowdlending platforms which are located and operating in Indonesia, namely Akseleran and Koinworks. In the end this reserach found that the differences between the transparency after the lending actvity, complexity of the project based on the pledging amount and the financial policy for auto lending system in each platforms. |
