Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance, kesehatan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan garment.
This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, occupational health, and workload on job satisfaction of garment employees. This research method is non-probability sampling with a quantitative approach where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were garment employees who live in Langensari with a sample of 140 people using the accidental sampling technique. The variables of this study consisted of three independent variables, namely: work life balance (X1), occupational health (X2), workload (X3), and one dependent variable, namely: job satisfaction (Y). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results of data collection were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) partially work life balance affects job satisfaction of garment employees domiciled in Langensari; (2) partially occupational health affects job satisfaction of garment employees domiciled in Langensari; (3) partially the workload affects job satisfaction of garment employees domiciled in Langensari; (4) Simultaneously there is an influence between the variables of work life balance, occupational health, and workload on job satisfaction of garment employees domiciled in Langensari.
