Efek Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Batu Bara yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2016-2020

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh mekanisme good corporate governance (GCG) dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunkan merupakan perusahaan batu bara yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016 – 2020. Teknik sampling menggunkan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi berganda yang diolah dengan eviews. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance yang di proksikan dengan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional dan komite audit berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan price book value. Kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan return on asset juga menunjukan hasil berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) mechanisms and financial performance on firm value. The sample used is a coal company listed on BEI for the period 2016 – 2020. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research analysis technique uses multiple regression which is processed with eviews. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance as proxied by independent commissioners, institutional ownership and audit committees has a positive effect on firm value as proxied by price book value. Financial performance as proxied by return on assets also shows a positive effect on firm value.
