Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja puskesmas cebongan kota salatiga
dengan metode Balanced Scorecard. Populasi penelitian ini dilakukan di UPTPuskesmas
Cebongan Kota Salatiga adalahpasien di Puskesmas Cebongan Kota Salatiga, selain itu
terdapat kuisioner respondenpasien sebanyak 121 yang dilakukan selama periode januarimaret 2017. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Puskesmas Cebongan pada tahun 2014-2016 dilihat dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan sudah baik. This study purpose to know the performance from the community health centreof cebongan salatiga city with the Balanced Scorecard method. The population of the research was done in the UPT Clinic Cebongan Salatiga city is a patient at the clinic Cebongan city of Salatiga, in addition there is a detailed questionnaire respondents of the patient as much as 121 conducted during the period JanuaryMarch 2017. The results of this study show that Clinics Cebongan in 2014-2016 seen from a financial perspective, the customer perspective, the perspective of internal business processes, learning and growth perspective is already good. |
