Abstract: Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil kerja yang dapat diukur, sehingga perusahaan bisa meninjau kualitas sumber daya manusia secara berkala, namun seringkali sumber daya manusia yang ada di perusahaan belum menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 150 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Hipotesis, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig. 0,667, disiplin kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig. 0,360, dan motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig. 0,000.
Employee performance is the result of work that can be measured. So the company can regulary view the quality of human resources. However the company’s human resources sometimes do not demonstrate good and quality performance. This study aims to examine the effect of job training, discipline, and motivation on employee performance. Data were collected through a questionnaire to 150 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Coefficient of Determination. The results showed that job training had no effect on employee performance with a value of sig. 0,667, work discipline has no effect on employee performance with a value of sig. 0,360, and work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance with a value of sig. 0,000.
