Analisis Efektivitas Pengelolaan Sisa Bahan Baku Pada PT Dirgantara Indonesia

Abstract

Daya saing perusahaan yang sangat tinggi saat ini menuntut setiap perusahaan dagang maupun manufaktur untuk memperoleh laba sebesar-besarnya. Bagi perusahaan manufaktur permasalahan yang timbul dalam proses produksi salah satunya terkait dengan sisa bahan baku. Sisa bahan baku merupakan bahan yang keluar dari proses produksi dan apabila masih mempunyai nilai dapat dijual atau dimasukkan kedalam proses produksi untuk tujuan berbeda. Didalam penelitian ini, penulis memilih PT. Dirgantara Indonesia sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pengelolaan sisa bahan baku pada PT. Dirgantara Indonesia. Metoda yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengukuran relevant cost. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa wawancara dan data sekunder berupa dokumen perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pengelolaan secara mitra kerja untuk mendapatkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan kurang tepat.

The competition among companies are very popular nowadays, it demands every trading and manufacturing companies to make the most profit. In manufacture companies the rest ofthe raw materials being the cause ofproblems arising in the production process. The remaining raw material is the material that comes out of the production process and if it still has value it can be sold or put into the production process for different purposes. In this research, the writer chooses PT. Dirgantara Indonesia as the object of research. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of waste management of raw materials at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with relevant cost measurement. The primary data in this research are form of interviews meanwhile the secondary data are taken from the form of corporate documents. The results showed that the process of partners managing to gain profit for the company is less precise.
