Abstract: Bubble tea (boba) adalah sebuah minuman kekinian yang sedang berkembang di industri food and beverages, salah satunya adalah Pattaya Corner di Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui karakteristik pembeli minuman boba dan (2) mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, mutu pelayanan, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian minuman boba di Pattaya Corner Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden yang diambil dari konsumen Pattaya Corner. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik konsumen di Pattaya Corner 75% adalah perempuan yang sudah melakukan pembelian lebih dari tiga kali, 78% konsumen mengetahui informasi tentang Pattaya Corner berasal dari teman, yang menjadi alasan utama konsumen berminat membeli minuman boba karena keinginan pribadi. Hasil uji F menunjukkan secara simultan variabel harga, kualitas produk, mutu pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel mutu pelayanan dan promosi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel harga dan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pattaya Corner menyediakan kualitas produk dengan rasa yang enak sesuai dengan harganya meskipun harga yang dimiliki terbilang cukup ekonomis, pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Pattaya Corner tepat dan sesuai dengan harapan konsumen karena penjual yang ramah dan sigap, selain itu dibantu dengan juga promosi yang dilakukan melalui akun instagram yang menjadi daya tarik dan minat konsumen untuk membeli minuman boba di Pattaya Corner Kota Salatiga.
Bubble tea (boba) is a contemporary drink that is developing in the food and beverages industry, one of which is Pattaya Corner in Salatiga City. This study aims to (1) determine the characteristics of buyers of boba drinks and (2) determine the effect of price, product quality, service quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions for boba drinks at Pattaya Corner Salatiga. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 40 respondents taken from the consumers of Pattaya Corner. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression, F test and t test. The results showed that 75% of consumers' characteristics at Pattaya Corner were women who had made purchases more than three times, 78% of consumers knew information about Pattaya Corner from friends, which was the main reason consumers were interested in buying boba drinks because of personal desires. The results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of price, product quality, service quality and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the t test show that the service quality and promotion variables are significant on purchasing decisions, while the price and product quality variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Pattaya Corner provides quality products with good taste according to the price even though the prices are quite economical, the services provided by Pattaya Corner are right and in accordance with consumer expectations because the sellers are friendly and agile, besides that, promotions are also carried out through Instagram which is the attraction and interest of consumers to buy boba drinks at Pattaya Corner, Salatiga City.
