Identifikasi Potensi dan Intensitas Kecurangan Dalam Dana Bos (Studi Pada SD dan SMP Negeri di Kota Salatiga)

Abstract

Banyak kasus kecurangan sering terjadi dalam pengelolaan dana pemerintah, khususnya dana untuk pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi potensi dan intensitas kecurangan dalam dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Dasar Negeri dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri yang ada di Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner dan diolah menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Slovin untuk memilih sampel dengan 73 sekolah sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa potensi kecurangan dalam dana BOS, namun dilihat dari intensitasnya, potensi kecurangan dana BOS pada SD dan SMP Negeri di Kota Salatiga masih tergolong rendah.

There are many cases of fraud often occur in the government fund management, especially for the educational sector. The aim of this study is to identify the potential and intensity of fraud in the Operational Aid to School Program. The population of this study are public Primary School and Middle School in Salatiga. This study used primary data which is questionnare and were processed with validity and reliability test. This study used Slovin method to select the research sample and resulted in 73 schools as the sample. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive qualitative. The result of this study showed that there are some fraud potencies that may happen in the management of Operational Aid to School Program. However, if it seen from the intensity, the fraud tendency of Operational Aid to School Program in the public Primary Schools and the Middle Schools in Salatiga is stil relatively low.
