Perencanaan Peningkatan Laba Dengan Metode Costvolume-Profit Studi Kasus Pada Industri Rumahan Cucur Pak Man (UMKM)

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian Cost-Volume-Profit ini adalah selain untuk membandingkan dan menguji kembali penelitian sebelumnya dengan penelitian sekarang yang sama-sama menggunakan metode Cost-Volume-Profit, tujuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklasifikasikan biaya produksi, sehingga pengukuran biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, overhead serta biaya tetap dan biaya variabel yang dapat membantu Pak Man untuk mengetahui total biaya yang nantinya akan berpengaruh pada hasil laba Industri Rumahan Cucur Pak Man. Metode Cost-Volume-Profit dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 pendekatan yaitu Contribution Margin, Break Even Point, Margin of Safety, dan Operating Leverage. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pemisahan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel yang diperoleh dari Total Cost pada Industri Rumahan Cucur Pak Man, pemenuhan dari setiap asumsi-asumsi Cost-Volume-Profit, dan perencanaan laba pada periode dimasa yang akan datang.

The purpose of research Cost-Volume-Profit is to compare and reexamine previous studies by the present study were equally using Cost-Volume-Profit, another goal of this study was to classify the cost of production, so that the measurement of the cost of raw materials, labor, overhead, and fixed costs and variable costs that results in Home Based Industry Bowsprit Mr Man. CostVolume-Profit method used in this study consisted of four approaches Contribution Margin, Break Even Point, Margin of Safety, and Operating Leverage. The results of this research is the separation of fixed costs and variable costs were obtained from the Total Cost in Home Based Industry Bowsprit Mr Man, fulfillment of every assumptions Cost-Volume-Profit and profit planning in future periods.
