Support of Information Systems and Information Technology at Kudus Branch Employment BPJS with IT Balanced Scorecard Approach

Abstract

Abstract BPJS Employment is a Public Legal Entity that provides protection for workers to overcome certain socio-economic risks due to employment relationships and its implementation using social insurance mechanisms. The Kudus Branch BPJS is one of the Branch Offices whose operational area is in Kudus City and has Sub-Branch Offices (KCP) including Jepara, Pati, Rembang and Blora. This study aims to find out how the performance of IS / IT at the Kudus Branch BPJS Employment is measured based on the IT Balanced framework as seen from the performance of the BPJS Employment Branch Kudus itself. The IT Balanced Scorecard has 4 perspectives, which are Corporate Contribution Perspectives, User Orientation Perspectives, Operational Excellence Perspectives, and Future Orientation Perspectives. This research starts from the stage of determining the topic of research / problem formulation, the stage of determining the place of research, the stage of literature study, the stage of interview, observation and documentation, the stage of data processing, the stage of data analysis, the stage of interpretation of the results of data analysis, and the stage of preparing a research report. The results of this study are the need for improvements in the User Orientation Perspective, and Operational Excellence Perspectives related to IS / IT services used and HR to support the performance of the employees of the Kudus Branch BPJS Employment.
