Pengaruh Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, Pengaruh Sosial dan Kondisi Fasilitas terhadap Perilaku Pengguna Sistem Informasi Tugas Akhir (SITA) (Studi pada: Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana)

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Tugas Akhir (SITA) adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dibuat oleh Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (FTI UKSW) yang berfungsi untuk membantu mahasiswa yang mengambil tugas akhir mulai dari informasi tentang tugas akhir, pendaftaran tugas akhir, proses bimbingan, review tugas akhir sampai pada pendaftaran yudisium. SITA masih tergolong sistem informasi yang baru sehingga perlu untuk dilakukan penilaian agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas SITA. Solusinya adalah dengan melakukan penilaian terhadap perilaku pengguna sistem informasi. Model yang dibuat oleh Venkatesh et al. (2003) yaitu Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dapat digunakan untuk menilai perilaku pengguna SITA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas terhadap perilaku pengguna SITA dengan menggunakan UTAUT dengan alat analisis Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan 214 responden maka variabel yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengguna SITA secara signifikan adalah ekspektasi kinerja dan pengaruh sosial sedangkan variabel ekspektasi usaha dan kondisi fasilitas tidak berpengaruh.

Final Project Information System (SITA) is an information system created by the Satya Wacana Christian University (SWCU) Information Technology Faculty (FTI) that serves to help students who take final assignments starting from information on final assignments, final project registration, guidance processes, and task reviews the end came to the graduation registration. SITA is still classified as a new information system so it needs to be assessed so that it can increase SITA productivity. The solution is to conduct an assessment of the behavior of users of information systems. The model created by Venkatesh et al. (2003) namely the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) can be used to assess the behavior of SITA users. This study aims to examine the effect of performance expectations, business expectations, social influence and facility conditions on SITA user behavior using UTAUT with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22 analysis tools. Based on the results of the study with 214 respondents the variables that influence behavior SITA users are significantly the performance expectations and social influence while the business expectation variables and facility conditions have no effect.
