Abstract: Hadirnya teknologi menimbulkan pengaruh terhadap pekerjaan pada sektor perbankan. Generasi Y yang bersamaan dengan munculnya teknologi dipaksa untuk memiliki learning agility. Learning agility merupakan kemauan dan kemampuan untuk belajar dari pengalaman baru atau pertama kali kemudian menerapkan pembelajaran sehingga karyawan generasi Y dapat beradaptasi dan bahkan memiliki pemikiran inovatif di tempat kerja yakni sektor perbankan. Adapun learning agility dapat dibentuk apabila individu memiliki learning goal orientation dan learning organization. Melalui faktor tersebut, learning agility dapat membentuk seseorang memiliki innovative behavior yang bermanfaat untuk diri sendiri dan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh learning goal orientation dan learning organization terhadap learning agility, dan pengaruhnya terhadap innovative behavior. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software PLS. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan generasi Y yang bekerja pada sektor perbankan. Melaui kuesioner yang telah diisi oleh responden diperoleh hasil bahwa Learning goal orientation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap learning agility pada generasi Y. Learning organization berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap learning agility pada karyawan generasi Y. Learning agility berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap innovative behavior. Learning goal orientation hubungannya positif lemah terhadap innovative behavior. Learning organization hubungannya positif lemah terhadap innovative behavior.
The presence of technology affects the work of the banking sector. The Y generation that coincides with the emergence of technology is forced to have learning agility. Learning Agility is the willingness and ability to learn from new experiences or first time then apply learning so that the employees of generation Y can adapt and even have innovative thinking in the workplace that the banking sector. The learning Agility can be established when individuals have learning goal orientation and learning organization. Through these factors, learning agility can form a person having innovative behaviors that are beneficial for themselves and the company. This research is done with the aim to know the influence of learning goal orientation and learning organization of learning agility that also know its influence on innovative behavior. The Research method used in this research is quantitative using software PLS. Research conducted on generation Y employees working in the banking sector. Through a questionnaire that has been filled by respondents gained results that the impact of learning goal Orientation is significantly positive towards learning agility on the generation of Y. Learning organization significantly positive impact on learning Agility on the employee of Generation Y. Learning Agility has significant positive effect on the innovative behavior. Learning goal Orientation has a weak positive relathionship on innovative behavior. Learning organization has a weak positive relationship on innovative behavior.
