Abstract: | Dalam dasawarsa terakhir, politik organisasi terutama cara yang dirasakan oleh para pegawai dan para manajer telah menjadi salah satu bidang yang sangat menarik untuk dipelajari dan tidak dapat dihindari dalam kehidupan suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi politik organisasi terhadap keterampilan berpolitik dengan kecerdasan emosi sebagai pemoderasi, serta dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasi Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pegawai, koordinator bidang, dan kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pati. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling yang bersifat Purposive Sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 162 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik dan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi moderasi dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi organisasi politik berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Ketrampilan politik pegawai. Ketrampilan politik berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Kecerdasan emosi memperkuat pengaruh Persepsi organisasi politik pegawai terhadap Ketrampilan politik. Persepsi organisisi politik berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan ketrampilan politik sebagai variabel intervening. In the last decade, organizational politics, especially the way felt by employees and managers has become one of the fields that is very interesting to learn and can not be avoided in the life of an organization. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational political perception on political skills with emotional intelligence as a moderating factor, and its impact on organizational commitment. The research method used is quantitative. The population in the study were employees, field coordinators, and the head of the Pati District Education Office. The sampling technique uses Non Probability Sampling which is Purposive Sampling. The number of samples was 162 people. Data collection methods in the study used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques and methods used in this study use moderation regression with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the perception of political organizations has a significant positive effect on employee political skill. Political Skill significantly positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Emotional Intelligence strengthens the influence of employee political organization perception on political skill. Perception of political organization has a positive effect on organizational commitment with political skill as an intervening variable. |
