Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Adapun 50 karyawan PT. Sadua Indo dijadikan sebagai responden pada penelitian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS for windows versi 25. Adapun beberapa pengujian yang digunakan meliputi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji park, uji regresi linear berganda, uji T, dan uji analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara tidak langsung dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sadua Indo melalui komitmen organisasional, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasional secara langsung juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun gaya kepemimpinan transformasional secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
The research objective was conducted to determine the influence transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The study was a quantitative study. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire. As for 50 employees of PT. Sadua Indo was used as a respondens in the study. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS for windows version 25 program. Some of the tests used included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, park test, multiple linear regression test, T-test, and path analysis test. The results showed that the transformational leadership style and organizational culture had an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sadua Indo through organizational commitment, organizational culture and organizational commitment also had an effect on employee performance, but transformational leadership style does not effect on employee performance.
