Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Provinsi Banten Tahun 2011-2020

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Provinsi Banten tahun 2011 – 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan gabungan dari analisis runtun waktu (time series) tahun 2011 – 2022 dan data cross-section yang terdiri dari 4 Kabupaten dan 4 Kota di Provinsi Banten (data panel). Model yang terpilih pada penelitian ini adalah Fixed Effect Model (FEM) dengan menggunakan estimator Driscoll-Krays standart error. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PDRB riil tidak berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap TPT, variabel IPM tidak berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap TPT, UMR berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap TPT dan perubahan tingkat inflasi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap TPT.

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the Open Unemployment Rate in Banten Province in 2011 - 2020. This study uses a combination of time series analysis (time series) in 2011 - 2022 and cross-sectional data consisting of 4 districts and 4 cities. in Banten Province (panel data). The model chosen in this study is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) using the Driscoll-Krays standard error estimator. The results of this study indicate that real GDP does not have a significant negative effect on TPT, the HDI variable does not have a significant negative effect on TPT, UMR has a significant positive effect on TPT and changes in the inflation rate have a significant negative effect on TPT.
