Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui gambaran rantai pasok beras di Desa Kebumen, Kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang dan 2) mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran beras yang terjadi dalam rantai pasok beras. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran dari aliran produk, aliran finansial, dan aliran informasi sedangkan analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengetahui margin pemasaran dan farmer’s share. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara purposive sampling untuk pelaku distribusi yang terlibat. Data diolah menggunakan pendekatan analisis rantai pasok dan analisis margin pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran rantai pasok beras yaitu terdapat empat lembaga atau pelaku rantai pasok yaitu petani (pemasok padi), pedagang pengumpul (penyalur gabah basah), penggilingan (berperan dalam pengolahan gabah menjadi beras/ supplier beras), pedagang besar (distributor ke konsumen akhir), dan konsumen dimana terdapat tiga aliran diantaranya aliran produk, aliran informasi, dan aliran finansial. Rantai pasok beras di Desa Kebumen, Kecamatan Banyubiru dinyatakan tidak efisien. The aims of this study were: 1) to describe the rice supply chain in Kebumen Village, Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency and 2) to determine the efficiency of rice marketing in the rice supply chain. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative descriptive is used to describe product flow, financial flow, and information flow, while quantitative analysis is used to determine marketing margin and farmer's share. The types of data used are primary and secondary data with purposive sampling data collection techniques for the distribution actors involved. The data is processed using supply chain analysis approach and marketing margin analysis. The results of the study show an overview of the rice supply chain, namely there are four supply chain institutions or actors, namely farmers (suppliers), collectors traders (distributors of wet grain), mills (plays a role in processing grain into rice/rice suppliers), wholesalers (distributors to final consumers). , and consumers where there are three flows including product flow, information flow, and financial flow. The rice supply chain in Kebumen Village, Banyubiru District is declared inefficient. |
