Abstract: Abstrak Dalam rangka menyediakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang bermutu tinggi, dibutuhkan program pembelajaran yang holistik dalam sistem pendidikan. SDM yang optimal diperoleh dengan proses tumbuh kembang anak yang sehat secara fisik maupun psikologis anak. Anak akan mengalami perubahan fisik, kognitif, emosi dan psikososial atau disebut juga fase perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kegiatan fisik berbasis permainan tradisional terhadap psychological well-being anak usia SD di MI Sabilul Huda Jimbaran. Metode eksperimental qualitative yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menerapkan one group pretest-postest design dangan memakai instrumen penelitiannya berupa kuisioner. Untuk populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari siswa-siswi MI Sabilul Huda Jimbaran dengan jumlah 80 siswa, yang di pilih dari kelas empat dan lima dengan metode purposive random sampling. Analisis dalam penelitian ini memakai validity test, reliability test, normality test dan hypothesis test. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan fisik berbasis permainan tradisional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap psychological well-being anak usia SD. Abtract In providing qualified human resources needs comprehensive education program. Human resources is obtained through the development of healthiful children physically and psychologilly. The development of children is a change in children comprising all changes, namely; physic, cognitive, emotion, and psycho- social. The goals of this research mean to find out the influence of traditional game- based activity towards elementary aged-children and to identify the typess of physical activities that affect elementary-aged child psychological well-being. Quantitative-experimental equipped with questionnaireis the type of this research. The researcher takes 40 student of grade four and five of MI Sabilul Huda Jimbaran in purposive random sampling. Data analysis technique employed in this research consists of validity test, reliability test, normality test and hypothesis test. The result of the of the research indicates that physical activity based on traditional games significantly influences towards elementary aged-child’s psychological well-being.
