Therefore, research was conducted to evaluate the quality of e-Government information thoroughly by representing every major island in Indonesia with one city on the island, namely: Manokwari (West Papua), Manado (North Sulawesi), Bandung (West Java), Pontianak (West Kalimantan) and Palembang (South Sumatra). Each website is measured using ten dimensions of information quality, namely: Accuracy, Consistency, Timeliness, Completeness, Reliability, Availability, Relevancy, Believability, Efficiency and Value-Added [1]. Based on the evaluation results obtained that the Websites of these five cities have not provided enough real-time information for the public. Therefore, it is recommended several things to improve the quality of information, namely: the Provincial Government should pay attention to the accuracy of information presentation, consistent in presenting information and make sure every information is updated and complete, ensure that data is available, increase added value in public services, improve the completeness of the data choices presented in order to provide more value and make the Website as the core public information service.
